Academic governance for universities

AcademicScriptor collects every researcher's output (articles, books, conference papers), checks it against Web of Science and Scopus, and rolls it up from researcher to department to institution. CNATDCU dossiers and academic CVs come out of the same records, without anyone retyping them.

One platform, two universities. Both run the same AcademicScriptor, configured to their own structures. The second deployment was configuration work, not a rebuild.

What is Sunbloom Tech?

A Romanian digital products company founded in 2024 that builds and runs its own products. AcademicScriptor is in production at two Romanian universities, StockScriptor is live for multichannel merchants, and Trellis is in design. Every product is configured to each client's goals.

Where are your products today?

AcademicScriptor is live. It handles academic reporting, article and conference records, CNATDCU dossier generation and academic CVs at two universities, both on the same platform configured to their own structures.

StockScriptor is live, with plans from 399 lei/month. Trellis is in design and we are taking on design partners.

What do you build on?

Java 17 and Spring Boot on the backend, PostgreSQL for data and React on the front end, across every product. Our university workloads run in the cloud. Clients that need on-premise or national-cloud hosting get it without a rewrite.

Do you work with clients outside Romania?

Yes. We are based in Târgu Mureș and work with clients worldwide. StockScriptor already covers eMAG in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria.
